  • 3. YOUR ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 48HRS

    A strict quality assurance check is done on all clothes before they are dispatched to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. If on the very rare occasion an item arrives damaged, we have accidental damage insurance so just email us and we’ll send you something new of your choice immediately. 

  • 4. YOUR ORDER IS ON ITS WAY!

    Email updates will provide up to date tracking information so you know when you're new rental garment will be with you to wear. Please keep the packaging we send to you to use for returning the garment.

  • 5. ENJOY FOR 1 MONTH

    We’ll clean the garment(s) when you send them back. Everything comes with care instructions in case you wear the item(s) lots.

  • 6. EASY RETURN PROCESS

    We'll send you your return label before the end of your rental period. Simply pop this onto the original packaging we sent you, seal up nicely and your postie will collect from your door.
